Olaf Stange is an experienced manager specializing in sustainability and innovation, with over 20 years of professional experience, primarily at Bayer. He currently leads Bayer's Scope 3 Decarbonization Accelerator Program, aimed at achieving the company’s ambitious climate goals. Previously, he served as Program Manager for the Ecological Footprint of Pharmaceuticals and was responsible for technology and innovation management in pharmaceutical production. Since May 2024, he has also chaired the TfS GHG Scope 3 Work Stream, focusing on reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the chemical industry. Stange has international experience, including a role in Singapore where he led innovation management for pharmaceutical product supply. His expertise includes program management, sustainability, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics.
