With an early career developed as a Mechanical Design Engineer Justin has followed a diverse path through Engineering, Business Development and Leadership, providing over 30 years of industrial experience in these fields, focusing for 20 years as a practitioner in global reliability and maintenance roles.

Justin is process-driven, and areas of expertise include the application of optimized technology-based maintenance strategies and Implementation of sustainable solutions for integrated and automated asset management systems, specializing in Asset Performance Management and business performance transformation.
