Gerardo Mendoza was born in Monterrey, Mexico. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and a Management Perfection Diploma from IPADE Business School. Gerardo is a trilingual Chemical Engineer with proven experience in the food and chemical industries. He has worked for renowned companies such as PepsiCo, Unilever, and National Starch, gaining extensive expertise in industrial processes. Since 2004, Gerardo has been working for Chemische Fabrik Budenheim, initially at the Mexican site and now as a member of the Management Board for the German site. In his current role, he is responsible for the operational areas of Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Projects. Gerardo is skilled in operations, teamwork, and project management.
