− Overall operational responsibility for the site as Production Manager, Site Manager and General Manager
− Leading a cross functional team (direct/ indirect report, internal/external) which delivers double-digit mUSD revenue in E2E manufacturing process of respiratory combination products
− Successful implementation of cost reduction initiatives as well as TPC Roadmaps and sustainable COGS improvement initiatives
− International stakeholder management within the globalorganization
− Strategic goal setting and talent development
− External representatives of the company (e.g.: politicians, customers, suppliers)
− Business continuity and emergency management
− Cultural development (speak up, safety culture, collaboration, psychological safety)
