Arne Baunemann is an experienced leader in the chemical and agricultural industries, specializing in crop protection, supply chain, and procurement. With a background in chemistry and management consulting at McKinsey, he joined Bayer in 2010 and has since held various strategic and operational leadership roles in strategy, portfolio management, procurement, and supply chain. Since August 2024, he has served as VP Global Logistics Operations, overseeing Bayer Crop Science's global logistics strategy and efficiency. Previously, he led the supply chain strategy for fungicides. Arne Baunemann is a strong advocate for digital transformation and is committed to building resilient and efficient supply chains.
