During his 25 years in consulting, he has worked with numerous companies in the Chemical-, LifeScience- and other Process Industries, including PE portfolio companies, on topics around strategy, strategic operations and operations management along the entire value chain. Among others, he has led numerous large-scale, multinational transformation programs for global Chemicals and Life Science companies. Prior to consulting, Törres was head of R&D at a German specialty chemicals company.
