Ray Hoffman is Divisional EHS Manager at LoneStar Group in the West Midlands, UK. With over a decade of experience in quality assurance and health, safety, and environmental management, he has a strong track record in the mechanical and industrial engineering industry. Before joining LoneStar Group in 2022, he served as Quality Manager QHSE at SYSPAL Ltd for more than seven years and as QHSE Manager at Ansell Jones Ltd. Ray is skilled in engineering tools and business process improvement, and he holds professional certifications including Grad IOSH and IOSH Level 5 in Occupational Health and Safety. He began his career after graduating from Wednesfield High School and has since built extensive expertise in developing, implementing, and improving QHSE management systems.
