Deanna Hill is a seasoned Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability leader with more than 20 years of cross-industry experience spanning manufacturing, facility operations, maintenance, and hospitality. She currently serves as Regional Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability Manager for Oldcastle APG in the Southeast US, where she oversees EHS compliance, risk mitigation, regulatory strategy, permitting, and safety program development across 14 sites. In her role, she drives systematic risk assessment, incident investigation, environmental permitting, and workforce training to ensure operational excellence and regulatory alignment. With a strong track record in multi-site auditing, OSHA compliance, GHS chemical labeling, and environmental project management, Deanna combines deep technical expertise with a practical leadership approach to strengthen safety culture and sustainability performance across complex manufacturing environments.
