In musical terms, con moto means “moved” or “with movement”. We named ourselves ConMoto because this name appropriately describes us as well as the outcome of our consulting process. We are in motion and we set things in motion. For us, “being in motion” means looking for new solutions. We are not satisfied with an achievement as a fait accompli, but continuously optimise our practices and methods. “Putting something into motion” is the principle that guides our work with our customers. What helps them is not the proposed solution consigned to paper, but its targeted and speedy implementation on the ground. The consulting process is successful only if something is set in motion. In other words: You can measure the success of our consulting activity by its results.
